Shipping is not refundable unless it was our error. All returns has a charge of 15% restocking fees. Please be sure to insure any returns and include a copy of your invoice. Personalized orders are not refundable unless the problem is our error.
Please do not accept a package if it has obviously been opened or damaged. You have 30 days from receipt to report any shortages or shipping damages.
