All military addresses, ie: APO, FPO, APO AE etc. will be shipped Priority Mail and may require extra shipping costs up to $10.00 for weights of 1 to 5 pounds. For orders over 5 pounds, we will contact you with the shipping cost based on the size and weight of the item. By placing an order you agree to these additional costs.
Unused tools in original packaging may be returned for credit of the price of the tool within 30 days of purchase subject to the following limitations. Tool and components must not show signs of abuse, misuse, modifications, cracked or cut cords, dents, scratches or damage by fire, mud or other foreign matter. Shipping is not refundable unless it was our error. All returns has a charge of 15% restocking fees. Please be sure to insure any returns and include a copy of your invoice. Personalized orders are not refundable unless the problem is our error.
Please do not accept a package if it has obviously been opened or damaged. You have 30 days from receipt to report any shortages or shipping damages.
If an item is damaged when you receive it, please keep all original packaging as the freight company may want to inspect it. Let us know by email about the problem.
